Service Availability
All services are available for package inclusion: Career or Management Coaching, Small Business Coaching, Resume Training, LinkedIn Training, Job Search Training and Interview Training.
Tailored Package
The employee’s career situation and service needs are identified, by way of an introductory telephone conversation. The package is tailored to meet their needs.
Account Management
The employer receives status reports, providing progress updates on each package. If sessions are unused, the employer receives a credit on their account for future packaging.
Reasonable Pricing
Package pricing is agreed with the employer, based upon their budget, the employee’s seniority in the organisation and their service needs.
Designing Your Career Transition Package
1. Is the employee in a leadership, management or executive position?
Senior positions create vision, define an organisation’s mission, set measurable goals/objectives, implement strategic plans and use leadership skills to execute corporate governance responsibilities.
The Career Transition Package recognises senior accomplishments, considers the complexity of career options for senior positions and helps the employee plan for career change. Senior employees can include Management/Executive Coaching or Small Business Coaching in their Career Transition Package.
2. Does the employee want to change career direction?
There are typically two scenarios:
A. The employee feels that it’s time for a change, they’re open to retraining and transitioning into a new role or industry.
In this scenario, the employee initially benefits from either Career Coaching or Management/Executive Coaching (depending upon seniority) to clarify, design/plan and implement their transition. Armed with a plan, the employee is then ready for the benefits of practical employment training services, such as Resume Training, LinkedIn Training, Job Search Training and/or Interview Training.
B. The employee is happy in their current role and would like to find a similar position in a related industry.
In this scenario, the employee benefits from the practical assistance of employment training services, such as Resume Training, LinkedIn Training, Job Search Training and/or Interview Training.
3. How many services will help the employee transition?
We match the employee’s requirements against the employer’s approved price to design a tailored package that achieves all requirements. The employee is consulted to identify the services that will help them transition. We design and price a tailored package for employer approval.
Career Transition Packages consist of one to four sessions with a Career Coach, covering a range of coaching and employment training services. We provide three examples below (not exhaustive) of tailored packages to illustrate:
Package A: ONE Session – $445
- Career Coaching (Includes Personality and Career Interest Assessment)
Package B: TWO Sessions – $680
- Job Search Training
- Interview Training
Package C: Three Sessions – $975
- Career Coaching (Includes Personality and Career Interest Assessment)
